Responsibilities

• Cleans and services building areas as assigned following procedures and schedules.
• Performs cleaning tasks including floors, walls, doors, windows, and patient areas; applies finish to floors as needed.
• Operates cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, vacuums) and ensures wet floor signs are visible.
• Dries and dusts areas, empties waste, and handles soiled linen per procedures.
• Reports damaged furniture or equipment to supervisors.
• Maintains medication storage areas when assigned and alerts supervisors if meds are found unsecured.
