HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Specialist at Medical City Decatur to maintain clean, safe patient and public areas. You will vacuum, mop, buff and wax floors, clean linen rooms, and manage waste according to infection control standards.

You will work closely with clinical staff, use protective gear, and follow disposal procedures for hazardous materials. A reliable team player with good English communication is preferred to support a healing environment.

Qualificações

• Healthcare or service-related industry experience is highly preferred
• Must have good communication skills with the ability to speak and understand English
• Must have the proven ability to work and cooperate with team members and with other departments, as necessary

Responsabilidades

• Vacuum, mop, buff, and wax floors
• Clean and care for assigned areas including linen room and waste handling
• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, offices, rest rooms, and other public areas daily
• Remove trash and sharps containers from rooms and surrounding areas
• Follow standard procedures for safe disposal of infectious and hazardous waste materials
