Job summary

Ardent Health is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst in Brentwood, TN, onsite, to partner with accounting, decision support, and finance teams across hospital service lines. You will ensure accurate reporting, monitor budgets, and provide data-driven insights to support MOR reviews and strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes dashboard development, vendor performance evaluation, and cross-team collaboration with BI tools such as EPIC Cogito and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in hospital accounting, decision support, or finance.
• Master's degree, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in budgeting for hospital-based service lines with market finance and accounting teams.
• Monitors financial performance of facility contracts for MOR reporting.
• Evaluates vendor performance against budgets and prior trends.
• Develops and maintains dashboards for on-call and medical directorship expenditures.
• Collaborates with decision support to create analytical data packages for RFP data needs.
• Builds and maintains KPI dashboards for hospital-based service lines.
• Generates ad hoc reports with decision support and clinical IS teams for staffing decisions.
• Supports executives on due diligence related to new hospital-based service line ventures.
