Job summary

Saint Peter's Healthcare System's SPHS-Finance Administration is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the annual Medicare Cost Report and New Jersey SHARE submissions, coordinate physician time studies, and ensure timely, accurate reporting across cost and revenue cycles.

The role also handles IRIS data submissions, budget modeling, CBISA community benefit data, and Medicaid DSH support, emphasizing Excel/Word proficiency and hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
• Two to three years' accounting experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Intermediate Excel and Word is required.
• Familiarity with all other Microsoft office products.
• Axiom software- preferred, Lawson- preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of the Medicare Cost Report and New Jersey SHARE report for timely and accurate submission.
• Prepare and analyze IRIS data submission and related projects.
• Assist in the annual operating budget process and the revenue budget model.
• Maintain CBISA (Community Benefit Inventory Social Accountability) data base for annual community benefits reporting.
