Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Field Service Representative to inspect and service our medical waste products at assigned hospitals. You will maintain inventory, collaborate with drivers and hospital staff, and deliver frontline customer service to ensure a safe healthcare environment.

The role is full-time (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) with a competitive hourly rate. No healthcare experience is required as training will be provided; lifting and moving may be involved, with safety emphasized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service Daniels’ products at assigned hospital/medical center.
• Maintain inventory levels of container stock at location and department.
• Deliver first-line customer service to hospital staff and patients.
• Coordinate with drivers, operations, sales, and support staff daily.
• Escalate issues to manager and use company-provided phone for duties.
• Keep staging area neat and orderly; ensure safety protocols.
