Job summary

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a Facility Billing Clerk to manage facility charges by monitoring a Flowcast list and posting them into the hospital system, Affinity. When patients are not in the system, you will register them and complete the posting process.

The role requires proficiency with windows PCs, a 45 wpm typing speed, and knowledge of UB04, ICD9/ICD10, CPT and HCPCS coding. Two to four years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Flowcast work list of facility charges and post into Affinity.
• Register patients into Affinity if not already in the system and post charges.
• Maintain accuracy in charge posting and ensure timely processing.
