Job summary

The Christ College in Cincinnati is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of hospital utility, structure, and non-medical equipment.

You will troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems; read schematics; train staff; and coordinate PMs and work orders, while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5
• REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Trade courses or experience preferred; ability to read schematic drawings; welding/brazing preferred; self-directed and able to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain systems and components (electric lighting, heating, cooling, casework, windows, doors, plumbing, kitchen equipment).
• Troubleshoot and analyze problems with beds and other systems (skylight TV, Trans-logic tube systems).
• Assist in training personnel, practice safety, maintain tools and equipment as appropriate.
• Coordinate repairs and furniture moves; manage PM assignments.
• Answer service calls and input/complete work orders in the POM's work order system.
• Perform duties as assigned.

To provide repair, preventative maintenance, installation and other miscellaneous services to hospital utlity, structure, and non-medical hospital equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, repair and maintain various components and systems such as electric lighting, heating, cooling, casework, windows, doors and plumbing and kitchen equipment.

Troubleshoot and analyze problems with Beds, and other systems such as sky-light TV and Trans-logic tube systems.

Assist in training other personnel, practice safety, maintain tools and equipment as appropriate

Coordinate repairs and furniture moves also manage PM's assignments

Answer service calls and input and complete work orders in the POM's work order System.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:



Certification in HAZ Mat preferred, Required to wear respirator for ETO gas. Works, weekend shifts and holidays as required.
