Oceans Healthcare seeks Maintenance Technicians to uphold heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems across the hospital. You will operate boilers, generators, and pumps, performing startups, shutdowns and repairs to keep facilities safe and efficient. A high school diploma is required; maintenance certification is preferred.

CPR and de-escalation training are also desirable. The role involves routine tasks, potential light welding or plumbing, and on-call work.

Qualificações

• High School diploma; maintenance certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions; math and basic computer skills.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems.
• Operate boilers, turbines, pumps, generators and related equipment.
• Start up, regulate, shut down, or repair equipment as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep records of repairs.
• Light welding, plumbing or electrical tasks as required.
• Follow safety and infection control practices; work on-call as needed.
