Job summary

Northern Montana Health Care in Havre and Harlem, MT is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to upkeep over 350,000 square feet and 13 acres across all sites. You will perform multi-trade tasks including boilermaker, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm and sprinkler work, and handle snow removal and grounds maintenance.

The role requires ability to multi-task, customer service, and basic computer skills, with a valid MT driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and refrigeration.
• Job requires shoveling snow and heavy lifting.
• Possess a valid MT driver's license with clean record.
• 21 years of age in accordance with employer's insurance requirements.
• Ability to successfully pass Background Check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain over 350,000 square feet and 13 acres across Havre and Harlem facilities.
• Respond to maintenance tasks including snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Work on boilermaker, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
• Support general construction and fire/life safety compliance.
