Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Tackle complex assignments across multiple systems and departments.
• Apply knowledge of locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Repair heating, lighting, cooling, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Install and maintain motors and specialized equipment.
