Aufgaben

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on hospital facilities including plumbing, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, carpentry, roofing, flooring, ceilings, and walls.
• Assists Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, and Painters as directed.
• Maintains documentation in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Attends in-service education and assists other hospital personnel on project work and new installations of equipment.
