Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Evanston, IL to oversee all work related to the physical plant, engineering, and safety. You will act as liaison between the Medical Center and contracted vendors, ensuring smooth facilities operations and a professional image to patients and staff.

The role requires experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, safety management, and a valid state driver’s license, with 2 years hospital experience preferred. Full-time, day shift.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler, hazardous material and safety management experience required.
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospital codes.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all work related to the physical plant and ancillary systems, Engineering, and Safety.
• Acts as liaison between Medical Center and contracted personnel/vendors performing Facilities related work.
• Presents a positive image of the hospital to patients, visitors, physicians and the public.
