Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years facilities management experience; 2+ in healthcare facilities preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, maintenance or HVAC/mechanical repair.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical repairs and basic HVAC systems is preferred; as well as experience in servicing and conducting preventive maintenance tasks.
• Colorado Driver’s License with clean DMV.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of the Facilities department under the supervision of the Facilities Manager.
• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and secure building, equipment, and grounds.
• Assist HVAC Technician with operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Maintain and operate plant equipment including boilers, chillers, clinical air pumps, and gases.
• Rotate on-call coverage and respond to emergencies following safety and hospital policies.
