Providence Covenant Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced Environment of Care leader to oversee hospital facilities projects, coordinate staffing and resources, and ensure work proceeds on schedule and within budget. You will supervise Engineering staff, assist the Regional Director with budget planning, and enforce hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years maintenance of equipment, utilities, and buildings in a large hospital setting.
• 5 years experience managing a healthcare facility department in a leadership role.
• 3 years exposure to Joint Commission surveys and other hospital regulatory agencies.

Aufgaben

• Provide management oversight for hospital facilities projects and schedules.
• Coordinate workers, materials, and equipment to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Schedule and inspect the work of Engineering staff and train personnel.
• Assist with operational and budgetary planning for maintenance and proposed projects.
• Ensure policies are observed and regulatory requirements are met.
