ClearSky Health in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee daily operations and maintenance of hospital buildings, grounds, and mechanical/electrical systems. The role also serves as Hospital Safety Officer, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety for patients, staff, and visitors.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED (4 years direct experience acceptable) with preferred trade-school or apprenticeship; supervisory experience and knowledge of Life Safety

Formación

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED OR 4 years direct experience.
• Completion of approved trade school program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting and supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification/licensing in Plumbing, HVAC, Air Conditioning or Electrician preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital buildings, systems and equipment.
• Maintain safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance (NFPA, OSHA, Joint Commission).
• Train and supervise facilities staff; coordinate with corporate safety committees.
