Job summary

ClearSky Health seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Eau Claire facility, performing maintenance on hospital buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will handle preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety checks to ensure a safe patient and staff environment.

Role requires high school diploma or GED or 2 years of direct experience, plus experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Healthcare setting experience is preferred. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions and perform math calculations.
• Healthcare setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Conduct safety checks, inspections and required preventative maintenance.
• Support groundskeeping and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Record work orders and maintain maintenance records for compliance.
• Communicate issues to Facilities Director promptly and coordinate repairs.
