Keck Hospital of USC is seeking a Project Manager, Facilities – Plant Maintenance to lead and coordinate multiple OSHPD and non-OSHPD projects through planning, design, bidding, pre-construction, occupancy and closeout. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years management or supervisory experience including project management.
• 3+ years experience in a healthcare facility or related environment.
• Demonstrated clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex manuals, blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple OSHPD and non-OSHPD projects for facility improvements.
• Coordinate project staff and contractors to meet hospital schedules and policies.
• Monitor expenditures and procurement processes for projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and infection control requirements across projects.
• Interface with occupants for relocations, moves and occupancy; conduct reviews and reports.
