Qualifications

• Knowledge of HSE policy and safe practices for facilities maintenance.
• Ability to maintain and repair commercial facilities and related systems.
• Experience with hospital or large building maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and staff in a hospital environment.
• Paints and finishes interior and exterior surfaces as directed.
• Selects and matches paints and coatings to specified colors; mixes materials.
• Uses ladders/scaffolding for painting and wall coverings installation.
• Performs minor carpentry repairs and wall covering installations as needed.
• Complete rounds to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
