Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• Two years of experience in Plant Operations required.
• Plant Operator or equivalent certificate preferred.
• Operator apprenticeship preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blueprints.
• Valid state driver's license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction and maintenance services for hospital facilities under engineering leadership.
• Assess, prioritize, troubleshoot, and repair facility components for life-cycle planning and installation.
• Lead the physical plant team in operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of building components.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building standards, and hospital policies.
