CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Facilities Consultant to oversee a range of healthcare facilities in the Southaven, MS area. You will support maintenance and repair programs, managing day-to-day operations and a systems work order dashboard.

The role requires 5–8 years of facilities experience, strong judgment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will coordinate services, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance and smooth operation of critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages and financial calculations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate soft services for all business units, large departments, or work groups.
• Review and approve vendor contracts and specify terms of agreements.
• Secure necessary operating supplies such as janitorial and maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance, landscaping, snow/ice removal, and paving.
• Be point of contact for emergencies and after-hours issues.
• Ensure records are managed per policies and regulations.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and build consensus to reach agreements.
• Impact activities across teams and adhere to broad guidelines.
