Job summary

The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and support for mechanical and electrical building systems within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. You will inspect installations for code compliance, analyze issues, and follow established procedures under supervision to ensure safe, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication and basic MS Office skills.
• Good organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Exchange straightforward information clearly and concisely.
• Follow defined procedures to deliver outputs under supervision.
