Qualifications

• Licensure/certification in mechanical fields preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Experience: Eight (8) years supervisory in hospital engineering or construction management; ten (10) years hospital maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Directs all maintenance operations at a health care facility or group of facilities.
• Manages the engineering staff and maintenance of life safety and utility systems.
• Oversees renovations, new construction or contractor activities.
