Fort HealthCare is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Plant Services team in a hospital setting. The role covers a wide range of systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety, with on-call rotation for nights and weekends.

Prior hospital maintenance experience is not required—we will train you. Eligible for benefits and opportunities for growth as part of a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance or skilled trade experience preferred.
• Boiler/HVAC experience preferred.
• General knowledge of hospital/commercial building systems and safety/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support hospital systems and assets in the facility.
• Complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders and document tasks.
• Respond to alarms, codes, and safety procedures; rotate on-call shifts if required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other departments to minimize downtime.
