Qualifications

• Three years verifiable experience in mechanics, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance is required.
• Ability to diagnose problems and execute resolution.
• Must manage work orders and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and install faucet, toilet, sink and shower outlets.
• Maintain HVAC airside equipment including air handling units and ductwork.
• Plan and place orders for spare parts.
• Maintain parts inventory.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through testing and documentation.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for testing and maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and snow removal as needed.
• Adhere to department policies and hospital policies.
• Record testing and maintenance to satisfy codes.
