• Skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and perform preventive maintenance on equipment per manuals and schedules.
• Maintain air handling systems, generators, medical gas and water systems.
• Repair piping, plumbing fixtures, and building components as needed.
• Construct and repair furniture, partitions, doors and fixtures.
