You will perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and installations across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing domains, and may supervise entry-level engineers to support facility operations. Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise and experience in healthcare settings are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training preferred.
• 2-4 years in facilities maintenance/engineering required.
• 3-5 years hospital/healthcare facilities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and hospital equipment.
• Responds to work requests and trouble calls promptly and professionally.
• Ensures maintenance activities meet safety regulations and hospital standards (OSHA, NFPA, Joint Commission).
• Addresses urgent repair requests to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Performs regular inspections and maintains hospital buildings and infrastructure.
• Keeps accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment performance.
• Assists with budget management and procurement of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Maintains detailed logs for management oversight.
• Addresses and resolves critical maintenance issues quickly to protect patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
