Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 7+ years direct experience required.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospital facilities operations including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Lead a team of facility managers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ADA, Joint Commission and other standards.
• Develop and manage the facility operations budget.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align facility goals with patient care.
