Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree with at least six years of supervisory experience in healthcare facilities, with preference for hospital facilities leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum six years of supervisory experience in physical plant / civil engineering and healthcare activities preferred.
• Ten or more years of supervisory experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with central utility plant equipment and critical building systems.
• Preferred: two+ years as a Facilities Director in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Plant Engineering Department through schedules, procurement, and productivity programs.
• Ensure building, grounds, machinery, utilities, and distribution system are maintained and repaired promptly and efficiently.
