This role emphasizes safety, proper chemical use, equipment handling, and adherence to privacy and risk management guidelines, with opportunities to operate UV disinfection equipment and contribute to patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare support services, EVS, hospitality, or related field.
• Ability to follow safety and infection control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries or requests with courtesy and accuracy.
• Cleans and disinfects patient rooms and common areas following approved procedures.
• Operates bed management and other department systems.
• Replenishes supplies and handles waste and soiled linens daily.
• Performs room turnovers to accommodate admissions and discharges.
• Adheres to infection prevention, PPE, and safety protocols.
