Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare support services, EVS, hospitality, or a related field.
• None.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries or complaints from customers, using designated engagement techniques.
• Cleans and disinfects patient rooms and areas, including bathrooms, public spaces, and storage areas following proper procedures.
• Uses department technology systems such as Bed Management systems.
• Replenishes supplies, removes waste, and handles soiled linen daily.
• Performs daily patient room and bathroom cleaning for admissions and discharges.
• Adheres to safety, infection control, and PPE guidelines.
• Operates UV disinfection machine as needed.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and patient experience goals.
