Job summary

Southridge Behavioral Hospital, a joint venture with Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, seeks an Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper to keep the facility clean, sanitized and orderly. Duties include cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance across all areas to ensure safety and comfort for patients and staff.

The role is full-time with hours 10:00 am–6:30 pm and every other weekend; located on the south side of Grand Rapids, MI, near M-6 and Byron Center Ave SW.

Qualifications

• High School or GED Equivalent Preferred.
• Experience as a housekeeper in an institutional setting is preferred.
• Possesses ability to climb a ladder and work at heights up to 6 feet.
• Must be able to complete assigned tasks in order to provide an efficient, safe, sanitary, attractive and orderly facility.

Responsibilities

• The Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining all facility areas to provide an efficient, safe, sanitary, clean and orderly facility.
• Hours and Location: Full Time, 10-6:30pm. Schedule includes every other weekend. Located in Grand Rapids, MI area.
