Job summary

Lower Bucks Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking an Environmental Service Technician for the evening shift to help maintain a clean, safe hospital environment and support adjacent facilities as needed. Applicants should have at least one year of environmental service experience in acute care, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, understand and communicate effectively.

This role requires teamwork with clinical staff and strict adherence to safety and infection

Qualifications

• One year of knowledge within acute care hospital environmental service techniques, practices and procedures preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the hospital and adjacent buildings; may travel between facilities.
• Respond to and initiate communication by phone, handheld radios, pagers etc.
