Qualifications

Responsibilities

• One-on-one training and development of EVS staff.
• Supervises resources needed for the Environmental Services department and participates in hiring and performance reviews.
• Manages the hospital waste program per regulations and ensures proper packaging and disposal.
• Drives quality improvement initiatives and conducts rounds to verify environmental hygiene across assigned areas.
• Prepares ES surveys and required reports; records observations and results for management.
• Monitors bed tracking and EVS response times, and collaborates with EVS management on improvement activities.
