Southridge Behavioral Hospital in Byron Center, MI is seeking an Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary facility across its four units. The role emphasizes cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining all areas to support patient comfort and safety in a new state-of-the-art hospital developed in partnership with Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, prior institutional housekeeping

Qualifications

• High School or GED Equivalent Preferred.
• Experience as a housekeeper in an institutional setting is preferred.
• Possesses ability to climb a ladder and work at heights up to 6 feet.

• The Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining all facility areas to provide an efficient, safe, sanitary, clean and orderly facility.
