Responsibilities

• Establish standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Coordinate outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, etc.).
• Explain and report on goals and future plans monthly.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates.
• Communicate with staff and hospital administration.
