Crothall Healthcare in the United States is seeking an Environmental Services Manager (Evenings) to oversee hospital housekeeping operations and coordinate front-line staff, ensuring top-quality service. This role reports to EVS leaders, manages schedules, and acts as a liaison across hospital departments, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and patient satisfaction.

The position requires a four-year degree, supervisory experience in healthcare housekeeping, and the ability to work an evenings

Qualifications

• Four year college degree required and supervisory experience in healthcare housekeeping or facilities.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and in presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing and stressful environment.
• Evening shift Monday-Friday (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM) with weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all Housekeeping staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Staff education and training.
• Coordinate outside services (Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical/Solid Waste, etc.).
• Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.
