Xanitos, Inc. seeks a 1st Shift Environmental Services Manager at Baptist North Mississippi in Oxford, MS. You will lead the Environmental Services team, coordinate with the Unit Director, and ensure high service levels across hospital departments.

Key responsibilities include staff selection, training, and ensuring a sanitary, orderly environment while upholding Xanitos' culture and management philosophy. Flexibility for shift variations is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexibility to work some differing shifts.
• Strong service/quality attitude.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software.

• Participate in staff selection and interview candidates.
• Schedule days off, holidays and vacations per hours/position control.
• Assign personnel to work areas or project duties.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and manage materials inventory.
