191 Aurora Medical Center of Oshkosh, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Technician to join our Oshkosh, WI team. The role focuses on cleaning patient care areas, offices, restrooms, and public spaces to ensure a safe, sanitary environment.

You will operate power scrubbers and carpet cleaners, follow procedures, and support hospital operations with reliable performance, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3 years of experience in environmental services.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment including machine scrubbers and carpet cleaners.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a resource to employees and students, providing training and day-to-day work direction.
• Assigns, monitors, and reviews progress and accuracy of work; manages staffing levels.
• Assists with interviewing and staff development, and resolving employee concerns.
• Interprets department policies and communicates procedural changes to staff.
• Cleans patient care areas, restrooms, and public spaces to maintain a safe environment.
• Operates power equipment and ensures proper labeling and MSDS references when handling chemicals.
