Aspirus Medford Hospital in Medford, Wisconsin, is seeking a Team Lead for Environmental Services to coordinate daily assignments and lead EVS staff in a hospital setting.

The role requires supervision of staff from EVS Aide to EVS Specialist, with CHEST certification encouraged within one year. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential to manage data and policies effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare housekeeping/environmental cleaning standards, practices.
• Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Technician (CHEST) within one year of employment as Team Leader desired.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, vendors and other departments.
• Basic computer skills to gather and enter data and assist in policies.
• Good verbal and listening communication skills.
