Qualifications

• Four year college degree or related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience in a healthcare account.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Serve as liaison between administration and hospital departments.
• Monitor department expenditures and develop operating budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise department functions.
• Establish work standards and workflows.
• Develop policies and procedures for departmental operations.
• Encourage staff creativity and innovation.
• Mentor and train staff as needed.
• Support achievement of facility goals and objectives.
