Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Five years of housekeeping management experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and other metrics.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.

• Monitor department financial data and unit expenditures; help develop budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and facility goals.
