Job summary

A healthcare facility is looking for an ED Registered Nurse to work in California, MO. You will be responsible for triaging and assessing patients in the Emergency Department, ensuring they receive the necessary treatment. Applicants need a current California RN license and at least 1 year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting. Additional CPR BLS and ACLS certifications are required. This is a Per Diem job with a pay rate of $56.00 per hour.

Job Description

The ED Registered Nurse can appropriately triage and assess patients in the Emergency Department. Using the information gathered from the patient, the RN can analyze and prioritize the needs of the patient while working with other disciplines to create treatment plans.

Minimum Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in acute psychiatric inpatient setting required.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license
• Must have current CPR BLS for healthcare providers, ACLS upon hire, and PALS completed within 6 months of hire.
• One-year previous clinical experience in emergency nursing in an acute care facility preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CMC in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
