Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I based at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey. The role requires delivering equipment in patient-ready condition, communicating with clinical staff, and maintaining equipment according to hospital and company standards.

You will need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service and meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment for patient-ready use following protocols.
