Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. This role focuses on equipment management to ensure smooth workflow and reliable service for patient care.

Work is scheduled Friday through Sunday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with interactions across clinical staff to support hospital operations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, customer service experience (hospital setting preferred), basic computer skills, and flexibility to cover

• Customer service experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and operation.
• Provides quality service and meets customer and company metrics.
• Cleans, inspects, and processes equipment for patient-ready use following company and hospital protocols.
