Job summary

Agiliti is hiring a Hospital Service Technician I at the Mountainside, NJ location to maintain smooth equipment flow inside the hospital. You will deliver equipment, interact with clinical staff, and ensure services meet quality standards.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday shift (7:00am–3:30pm) with a comprehensive benefits package including health/Dental/Vision plans, disability, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience preferred (hospital setting if possible).
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service, meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment following hospital protocols.
