The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are expected to support a 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support a 24/7 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Provides a quality service and meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following protocols.
