Agiliti is hiring a Hospital Service Technician for the Birmingham, AL site. This full-time role operates on a morning shift (6am–2:30pm) and focuses on equipment management to keep hospital devices flowing efficiently.

You will interact with clinical staff to explain equipment features and ensure patient-ready delivery. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, customer service experience, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills for electronic systems and documentation.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition.
• Communicate with clinical staff about equipment features and usage.
• Pick up, clean, and process equipment for patient-ready use following protocols.
