Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time, second-shift role runs Thursday through Monday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with a $16.50 base hourly wage plus a $0.50 shift differential.

You will deliver and service medical equipment, communicate with clinical staff about features and usage, and help maintain equipment flow throughout the hospital while upholding safety, quality, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience preferred, hospital setting an advantage.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and usage.
• Provides quality service and meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment for patient-ready use following protocols.
