Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc is seeking a Hospital Service Technician for an onsite role in Richmond Heights. The position requires delivering equipment to patient rooms in ready-to-use condition, assisting clinical staff with equipment details, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

You will also handle cleaning and processing equipment following hospital protocols. The role supports a 3rd shift schedule (Tue-Sat, 11pm–7:30am) with a base pay of $17.00 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service and meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes equipment, preparing it for patient use per protocols.
