US Med-Equip is seeking an Asset Management Service Representative I to support clinicians by delivering, maintaining, and testing medical equipment in hospital settings. You will handle routine rounds, help ensure equipment is patient-ready, and provide responsive service to nurses and technicians.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding listening, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Highest integrity and relentless commitment to delivering value to customers and co-workers.
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
  • Able to complete USME billing processes unassisted each month as needed.
  • Completion of USME training program.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver, pick up, clean and test medical equipment.
  • Perform routine hospital rounds to check equipment readiness.
  • Provide professional customer service to hospital clinicians.
  • Establish rapport with hospital staff and anticipate their needs.
  • Help manage inventory using the technology tracking system.
  • Follow safety rules and report accidents promptly.
  • Document equipment incidents per USME and hospital policies.
  • Participate in professional development trainings and stay updated.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
